Sometimes a family needs to be strengthened with practical ideas about how to walk in His ways. One of the most difficult parts of Passover and Unleavened Bread is preparing meals without leavening. We have been able to get a collection of recipes that may help you in the coming days.
All the recipes yield four servings, unless otherwise indicated.
Day One: Grilled Lamb Chops, Couscous, Spinach Salad with Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
Day Two: Salmon Chowder with matzah
Day Three: Grilled Chicken with Spinach Artichoke Dip
Day Four: Beef Roast with Carrots and Potatoes
Day Five: Lasagna with salad
Day Six: Black bean sweet potato enchiladas
Day Seven: Lamb meatballs, baked potatoes and roasted broccoli
Use leftovers to fill in for two lunches
