Toffee Matzah Crunch

4 pieces matzah
6 tbsp. butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Arrange matzah on a cookie sheet. Melt butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan; cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour the buttery mixture over the matzah. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Allow to sit for a minute as the chocolate melts. Then spread the chocolate evenly over the top using a spatula.
