Grilled Lamb Chops

Serves 4

4 lamb chops
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Preheat your grill. Combine the spices together in a small bowl. Rub the mixture into both sides of each chop. Place the chops on your grill, cover and let grill 5-7 minutes, flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes.

Tip: Let the meat stand for 5 minutes before cutting into the juices don't run out. This will keep the meat moist and tender.
