Pop's Grilled Chicken

Serves 4

4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 ½  tsp garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp dried rosemary or basil
½  tsp chili powder
½  tsp paprika
A light sprinkling of salt
A few generous cranks on your black pepper shaker

In a large bowl combine olive oil and spices. Add in the chicken, turning them to cover in the marinade. Toss chicken to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for 20 min while you get the grill going.

Fire up the grill and lay the marinated chicken breasts on the rack. Cook for 20-30 min with the lid closed, or until completely cooked through, flipping them after the first 15 minutes.
